The building has 9 studio offices, one workshop space and one event/photography studio, including SJS Joinery across the whole ground floor. Empty studios aren't listed on the site — get in touch via the contact form to ask about availability.
Rates depend on the studio's size and location in the building. Get in touch with the details of what you're looking for and we'll send current availability and pricing.
90 Rose Place is for makers and independent creative businesses — photographers, ceramicists, craftspeople, designers and similar. If you're not sure whether your work fits, just ask.
Yes. The large photography studio is available to hire by the day or half-day for shoots, casting and content, whether or not you're a tenant. See the photographer's website for details.
